There are so many wonderful things I can say about CCDS, but I hope this speaks for itself. I started at CCDS aged 10 and my incredible journey continued until I was 17, when I was lucky enough to be awarded a full scholarship to train at Bird College. After graduating from Bird College I went on to dance professionally in the Balearic Islands for a number of years before moving back to the UK and becoming a wedding celebrant and host.

I owe a lot of my success to this amazing school and the people I met there. When you see posts about the “CCDS family”, it’s exactly that. An extended family who really care and celebrate your successes, and support you when you need it. To this day I am still in regular contact with past students who are all doing amazing things with their lives.

During my time at the school, Miss Collins, Miss Sadie and Miss Andrea equipped me with all the necessary ability, focus and mantras (Miss Collins in particular with “Manners Maketh Man, and Ballerina!!”) which have driven me through life. They were, and continue to be, an inspiration to all who are fortunate enough to be in class with them. Their experience and knowledge knows no bounds and they are three of the women in my life to whom I will be forever grateful. Without them, I’m not sure I’d have even half of the experiences that I’ve been lucky enough to have had in my career.

Thank you so much, for everything!
