Lara Boon
Lara trained at CCDS from 2002-2017 before continuing her studies on a scholarship at Laine Theatre Arts where she was first introduced to Pilates.
After graduating, Lara worked as a dancer in a charity campaign and an ITV period drama before deciding to complete her Pilates Mat teacher training. Lara is very excited to be back teaching at her ‘second home’ and sharing her passion for Pilates with students.
Lara has a whippet called Pippin and enjoys going out for food with friends and family!
