Lottie attended CCDS from the age of 4 until she left school at 18. Throughout her time at the school, she took part in all of the local and national competitions and even starred as Willy Wonka in the school’s production of Charlie & the Chocolate Factory in 2009!
Some of her most fond childhood memories and friendships were at CCDS and she is very grateful to Miss Collins, Miss Andrea and Miss Sadie (amongst others) for instilling in her a strong sense of self discipline, respect, resilience and teamwork from such a young age.
Since the birth of her eldest son Archie in 2011, she has completed a BA (Hons) Education degree at the University of Gloucestershire, and gained a vast wealth of experience throughout numerous paid and voluntary work placements.
Her passion lies with inspiring and encouraging the younger members of the school, and she strongly believe in the use of positive reinforcement to enable each individual to reach their full potential. Lottie says she loves working at CCDS and particularly enjoys seeing children thrive and express themselves through the medium of dance. She hopes her students enjoy her classes as much as she enjoys teaching them!
Outside of work, Lottie and her partner, Josh dedicate their lives to raising their two beautiful children, Archie and Henry. They enjoy walking on Cleeve Hill with their dog Marley and dancing around their living room like nobody’s watching!
